Mahimahi or Dorado

Their catches average 7 kg to 13 kg (15 lbs to 28 lbs). They are distinguished by dazzling colours: golden on the sides, bright blues and greens on the sides and back, making them popular with game fishers. One of the fastest-growing fish and fast swimmers, with a top swimming speed of 50 knots.
